Dry Brushing Technique & Benefits

Dry brushing is one of the most popular body treatments that can be done easily at home.

Dry rubbing of the skin removes toxins, brushes away dead cells from the skin, improves blood circulation, the epidermis becomes softer and more elastic, and cellulite is less noticeable. To get the result, you need to do a massage at least 2-3 times a week.

start massage from the heels;

movements along the shins, knees and hips should be “long” and straight;

pay maximum attention to problem areas – buttocks, hips and legs. Walk along them in a circular motion three to four times;

massage your belly with light movements;

massage the chest gently, avoid the heart area;

DIRECTION OF BRUSH STROKES

Start the massage from two minutes, gradually increasing the time to 5-7.

Do massage BEFORE showering. Time – morning or evening – doesn’t matter. After massage and water treatments, apply anti-cellulite oil or any other cellulite treatment.

Take a contrast shower.

Be prepared for the fact that during a session of such a massage, you will not have the most pleasant sensations. After a few procedures, the discomfort will disappear (but remember that everything is individual). Adjust the pressing force yourself. If you do everything correctly, redness will appear on the body. Don’t push too hard.

Have you ever dry brushed? Maybe it’s time to try it!
